Healing Power of Clay Part 2

A green dry clay - Pan

French Green Clay is by far one of the most majestic, most effective, and most commonly used mineral skin clays found throughout our global community. French Green Clay contains valuable elements and mineral oxides.  The green clay owes its coloration to 2 very important factors..they are iron oxides and decomposed plant matter. The natural green tones found in this clay are from the very cycles of life this earth uses to regenerate itself. When purchasing…make sure the color is truly green and not an off color.  French Green Clay will replace 87 known minerals in the body.

For internal use: Put 1/4 tsp. of clay in a glass with 4 oz. distilled water. Prepare the clay in the evening and let the clay set overnight. Drink the water in the morning 1 hour before breakfast. The clay will settle to the bottom of the glass, for the 1st week only drink the water that has separated from the clay. The 2nd and 3rd weeks swirl the mix in the cup and drink water and clay together. After 21 days rest for 7 days from it. Repeat this for 2 more months.

Drink at least 10 glasses of 8 oz. spring water daily.

Where Does It Come From: The best green clay comes from France. It is quarried from deposits that can range from 10 feet to one thousand feet. When it is mined…it is brought out into the sun to remove excess water and moisture. It gets ground up and run through fine mesh equipment. Then laid in the sun again to dry once more. Since 1996 was approed for food use by the French National Health Superior Counsel.

Clay with its absorptive action pulls contaminants from the body. Bacterial, organic and non-organic toxicity. Will eliminate internal parasites in the digestive tract. Fixes free oxygen in the blood stream, increases T-cell count, fights free radicals, mercury poisoning, liver detox, stomach aches, bacterial food poisoning, and trace mineral supplementation.

Clay Baths: these have been used for thousands of years. Baths are safe and effective as an aid to detox. Baths are inexpensive. Healing properties are maximized with minimal inconvenience in the privacy of your own home.  Immerse yourself into the tub of warm clay. Relax and enjoy 35 minutes. After the clay bath….shower off with a hot shower.  Just remember to hand wipe the clay out of the tub……don’t let large amounts of this go down the drain.

Heavy Metals:     Dioxin, one of the deadliest substances known, is sprayed on coffee and vegetable fields in Central America. It is also found in lawn fertilizers and pesticides.  Mercury, found in fish, cosmetics, vaccines, soil, pesticides, paint and plastics.   Aluminum, is used in soft drink cans, cookware, cheeses, white flour, baking powder, and deodorants.   Cadmium, is in cigarette smoke, coffee, gasoline, steel cooking pans and metal pipes.     Arsenic, can be present in coffee, some rice, salt, pesticides, and industrial pollution.   Lead, found in dyes, gasoline, paint, plumbing, pottery, insecticides, textiles, tobacco smoke, and scrap metal.  Carbon Monoxide, auto exhaust, smog, and tobacco smoke.              There are over 70,000 chemicals being used in commercial products. This increase has greatly altered the body’s ability to rid itself of toxins. Clay cleans the heavy metals from the body.
